Love Across Thedas is an unofficial Dragon Age Romance zine filled with beautiful writing and wonderful art inspired by all the games within the Dragon Age series.This is a safe-for-work digital zine, though it may touch upon some of the game's darker themes as well as light romance and fluff. With lots of emotion and remembrance of the well-loved characters from the past decade, Love Across Thedas is a zine you do not want to miss!

Wren is pretty new to the zine scene, but they've participated as a writer for a few minibangs and is currently a contributor for Welcome Again: A Black Space Omori Zine. He's pretty excited to take on a mod role for this Dragon Age zine!Wren has played over 700 hours of Dragon Age... having over 7 different inquisitors, Hawkes, and Wardens. They are a non-apologetic Solasmancer.

Writing Mod

Vowelthranduil is another first time zine mod and long time fan of Dragon Age! She runs a small (not Dragon Age-related) Discord server and has been a participant in Of Mitths and Legends: A Thrawn Anthology. She's excited to mod!Vowelthranduil has two birds, Merry and Pippin, and is looking forward to seeing the non-companion characters and romance diversity this zine will be offering!

Leona is the formatting mod-- with their diploma in office administration and experience running different discord servers. She has a heart for both writing and art, as well as the world of Dragon Age-- being a DM for a DA Campaign set in Ferelden!They're very excited for the zine, specifically the FAQ about Polyamory couples being included.

General Info- All works must be original and created specifically for this zine. Previously posted works will not be accepted.- If you need an extension for any of the Check-Ins, please ask a mod for one at your earliest possible convenience so we can make note of it. This extends to if you have to drop out of the zine, please contact a mod as soon as possible!- We will be using Discord for communication, so contributors must have a Discord.- All Mods retain the explicit right to dismiss a contributor at any time for breaking server and/or zine guidelines.

ArtistsCover Artist
- The cover artist will create the front and back cover for the zine. Work must be 300 DPI and in RGBSize to be determinedPage Artist
- Page artists must submit a complete illustration with a background. Works must be 300 DPI and in RGB.Size to be determinedSpreads/comics are limited and available on request/assignment.

Writers- Writers will write ONE short work. Works must be edited and beta-ed before being submitted. After final submission, the writing mod will go through and do a final edit for spelling, grammar, formatting, et cetera.Word count is to be determined.

Q: Is there an age limit for this zine?A: Yes! Since this zine centers around romance and love, there will be an age limit of 17+. While this isn't a NSFW Zine, this zine does center around romance and the heavy and mature topics that are within Dragon Age. We will be sticking to the game's rating of M.Q: Will non-player ships be allowed in this zine?A: Yes! We want to celebrate all the different love throughout Thedas! If there's NPC's that exist within the game or unromancable party members you ship, we'd love to hear your pitch! All we ask is that if a character has a Canon Sexuality , you respect that.
